The PNWSUG Conference Chairs invite you to participate in our Corporate Sponsorship program. It offers cost-effective ways for your organization to enhance its visibility in the SAS user community.
Our annual conference is the premiere technology event for SAS Software users in the States and Provinces in our region and offers a broad array of opportunities to both share your expertise with others and to learn from your colleagues about ways to enhance your use of SAS tools. Attendees come from through the Pacific Northwest, as well as from elsewhere in North America, to participate in a wide range of learning activities about the SAS System.
Call for Corporate Sponsorship
Corporate Sponsors provide critical support to PNWSUG's mission and the programs we provide for SAS users in our Region. We offer several affordable ways for your organization to receive valuable exposure to, and recognition from, the SAS user community by choosing to become a Corporate Sponsor. Our sponsorship program has four levels:
Consulting Sponsor: Donation of $250 in cash or in-kind donation of services to PNWSUG, such as use of audiovisual equipment, reprographic support, etc., subject to the approval of the Conference Chairs and/or the PNWSUG EC President.
As a Consulting Sponsor, your organzation recevies the following recognition and promotional opportunities at the PNWSUG Conference
- Recognition at Opening Session
- Half-Page Ad in the Conference Program
- One logo item in the conference tote-bag (subject to PNWSUG approval)
Silver Level Sponsor: Cash donation of $500 As a Silver Level Sponsor, your organization receives the following recognition and promotional opportunites at PNWSUG:
- Half-page Ad in the Conference Program
- Recognition at Opening Session
- One logo-item in the conference tote bag (subject to PNWSUG approval)
- One flyer/advertisement in the conference tote bag (subect to PNWSUG approval)
Gold Level Sponsor: Cash donation of $1,000. Gold Level Sponsors receive the following recognition and promotional opportuntiies at PNWSUG:
- Full-page Ad in the Conference Program
- One Complimentary Registration
- Recognition at Opening Session
- Poster/Sign Acknowledging Sponsorship of a Breakfast or Lunch Event
- One logo-item in the conference tote bag (subject to PNWSUG approval)
- One flyer/advertisement in the conference tote bag (subject to PNWSUG approval)
Platinum Level Sponsor: Cash donation of $1,500. Our highest level of corporate sponsorship provides a wide range of opportunities for visibility and recognition at PNWSUG. As a Platinum Level Sponsor, your organization receives:
- Full-page Ad in the Conference Program
- Recognition at Opening Session
- Two Complimentary Conference Registrations
- One logo-item in the conference tote bag (subject to PNWSUG approval)
- One flyer/advertisement in the conference tote bag (subject to PNWSUG approval)
- Booth in the Demonstration Area
